Bemerkung:	We stayed in August, 5 people, in this nice attic apartment. I do not recommend it to elder people as it is at the 3rd floor with no lift (apart from the interesting small "luggage lift") but it's perfect for anybody else. Your only neighbor is another tourist apartment which has no chance to hear or disturb you due to its position. Cleanliness: it was very clean when we arrived. Owner attitude: Bernardette was very nice to us (perfect English). Ambiance: it's all wood and the feeling is warm. Kitchen: the kitchen is not for heavy users, as there is just a couple of electric plates and no oven, but unless you plan to cook everyday it will be more than fine. Bathroom: the bathroom is small and so the sink but, again, it is not annoying unless you plan to spend hours in it. Rooms: very nice. The 2 extra beds in the kitchen are not as comfortable as the double and 2 singles in the room. There is plenty of wardrobe space, the whole wall is a wardrobe. Location: the street is the very central and well known Karmelicka, in zone B, where only trams and slow cars pass, but virtually no noise reaches the place. Walk to the Market square is about 8-10 minutes but you are in the center the moment you get out of the door. Value for Money: the price is right. The wireless internet worked all the time (519 kbs down and 59 kbs up according to http://www.speedtest.net but it felt faster). The building has a beautiful facade, great entrance corridor and average stairs. In general the apartment is very pleasant and a good deal.
